Founder & Principal Engineer, AGNX Systems

RJ is a lead software engineer and systems architect with over two decades of experience building scalable, high-performance applications across enterprise and startup environments. He holds a Master's degree from Northwestern University and his background spans full-stack development, cloud architecture, and distributed systems, with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern microservices design.

Throughout his career, RJ has led the design and implementation of complex platforms in Azure, working with technologies such as Kubernetes (AKS), event-driven systems, and large-scale machine learning data pipelines. He specializes in turning ambiguous ideas into production-ready systems — bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution. He holds multiple Microsoft Azure certifications, including Azure AI Fundamentals.

At agnx.systems, RJ focuses on building intelligent, AI-powered solutions and modern software systems that are both practical and forward-looking. His approach emphasizes clean architecture, rapid iteration, and real-world usability — helping businesses move from concept to working product efficiently.

Beyond engineering, RJ is an entrepreneur and builder at heart, actively developing micro-SaaS products and exploring the intersection of AI, automation, and human-centered design.
